Bringing Structure, Clarity, and Empathy to UX/UI Design

I’m Greg Radcliffe, a UX/UI designer and systems thinker with deep experience in enterprise tools, design systems, and product team collaboration. I help organizations solve complex design challenges by creating scalable systems and thoughtful user experiences. With a background that spans print production design, front-end development, and enterprise UX, I bring structure, empathy, and strategy to every stage of the product journey. I’m currently seeking full-time opportunities in UX or product design, especially roles focused on internal tools, design systems, or digital workflows.

Bringing Structure, Clarity, and Empathy to UX/UI Design

Skills That Shape Experiences

UX Strategy

I help teams clarify problems, understand users, and shape the vision for a product. Through research, alignment workshops, and clear documentation, I turn insights into direction—giving teams confidence in what to build and why.

UI Design

I design clean, accessible interfaces that help users navigate with ease. Clear hierarchy, thoughtful spacing, and reusable patterns ensure every screen feels intuitive, consistent, and ready for development.

Design Systems

I create scalable design systems that bring clarity and consistency to every part of a product. From component libraries to tokens and documentation, I build systems that streamline collaboration and keep teams moving fast.

Prototyping

I bring ideas to life through interactive prototypes that reveal how an experience feels before it's built. Whether low-fi or high-fi, my prototypes help teams test assumptions, gather feedback, and iterate with confidence.

User Flows & IA

I map out user journeys and structure information so people can find what they need and complete tasks efficiently. These foundational deliverables give teams clarity and ensure every design decision supports the larger experience.

Front-End Partnership

I collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are production-ready, feasible, and easy to implement. My working knowledge of front-end development supports smoother handoff, quality builds, and a shared understanding across teams.
